Dino is a young spry 2-year-old JackRat (Jack Russell rat terrier mix). I know some may see that and think "Oh hes probably a little spaz", but he's not! He is what I'd call medium energy and maximum personality! He is down for hiking or walks and maybe even some running with you, but he isn't bouncing off the walls or barking nonstop like a little psycho as some of his breed mixes are. He has grown up in a home with babies/toddlers/young children and another dog and he would be a great family dog for a home with children! He is very happy and affectionate and he is also very smart! I just know he has endless potential with the right family. Dino has not lived with cats or other small animals so we can't say how he would be with them. He would love a fenced yard to run around in with his new humans and/or dog friends. With some structure and positive reinforcement, Dino will quickly complete his housebreaking, he's so close, but the home he is in has small kids and a lot going on and they just haven't been able to give him the structure he needs to fully succeed. Dino is crate-trained and he is a great boy full of adorable antics and sweetness! Please consider meeting him, he has been praying for the right family to come along for a while now and he would be thankful to have a new home and family to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!
